Logo Design for BB Electrical Services
For this first round of concepts, I explored a range of directions while keeping your brief in mind: a brand that feels approachable, reliable and professional, with a nod to the company's heritage. The concepts range from heritage-inspired monograms through to more contemporary options, giving us the opportunity to see how far we can evolve the brand while still keeping it familiar. Several designs retain the circular badge format for versatility across vehicles, uniforms and signage, while others focus on a cleaner wordmark suited to commercial and civil clients. I've also included a few bonus concepts that incorporate elements of your existing identity, including the iconic hat, to see how these could be modernised without losing the recognition you've already built. At this stage, the goal is to identify the strongest overall direction before refining typography, colours, layouts and any supporting branding elements.
Concept 1: Logo Design for BB Electrical Services
This concept builds on the heritage feel of the existing brand by using a reflected BB monogram. It creates a strong, symmetrical mark that feels established and dependable. I've also included a circular badge option, providing a versatile secondary logo for uniforms, social media, decals and merchandise while maintaining a traditional appearance.
Concept 2: Logo Design for BB Electrical Services
This direction modernises the existing identity with a flowing double BB that conveys movement, efficiency and progress. The oval shape provides a familiar badge-style format, while the bonus variation incorporates the original hat from your current logo as a nod to the company's history and recognition within the local community.
Concept 3: Logo Design for BB Electrical Services
This concept continues the heritage-inspired approach but introduces a more refined, interconnected monogram. The linked forms represent partnership, teamwork and long-term relationships—qualities that align with the way BB Electrical Services works with its clients. The accompanying badge reinforces this traditional, trusted feel.
Concept 4: Logo Design for BB Electrical Services
This option takes a more personal approach with a scripted BB monogram. It reflects a business built on reputation and relationships while maintaining a professional appearance. The accompanying emblem gives the logo flexibility across uniforms, vehicles and promotional material while retaining an old-school character.
Concept 5: Logo Design for BB Electrical Services
This final concept is the most contemporary direction. The bold BB monogram incorporates a lightning bolt within the letterform to subtly reference the electrical industry without becoming overly cliché. Paired with a clean, confident wordmark and proposed tagline, this option is designed to appeal to commercial and civil clients while remaining simple, memorable and easy to reproduce across all branding applications.
