Logo Design for GC Paediatric Surgery

Hi Richard, I’m now pleased to present my design concepts for your new practice.

Each logo created is approached with the larger brand perspective in mind, how it appears on signage, print, digital media, uniforms and various other applications.

My aim for this particular project was to create a logo or an icon that would reflect a high level of proficiency but yet still warm, approachable and meaningful.

Concept 1: Logo Design for GC Paediatric Surgery

For this first design, I wanted a very simple icon or emblem that could represent both the GC and the Paediatric Surgery element. I wanted this to be unique to you. The simpler and cleaner the design, the easier it will be as we apply it across the various mediums.

The smiling face icon is created with the G & C. I wanted the Smile to represent the service, that you’re in good hands.

Concept 2: Logo Design for GC Paediatric Surgery

This 2nd design works with the full initials of the surgery. I wanted each of the letters to represent a child or client. The initial ‘G’ is tilted to give an impression of someone holding an infant. The idea of looking after all ages.

Concept 3: Logo Design for GC Paediatric Surgery

For this 3rd option, my aim was to create something a little more whimsical and fun. I wanted to incorporate ideas of health and freedom to be active. Each design created will work in full or single colour environments.

In Summary…

I hope you like the designs so far, and the ideas that formed them. Each concept have been rendered and mocked on various surfaces to give you a perspective of how each will look when applied. Once you have viewed the designs, please send your feedback to [email protected] We will continue the conversation via email. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
