Logo Design for Maxprice Real Estate

Hi Lenny, I'm now pleased to present logo design concepts for MaxPrice.

Across all three refinements, the goal has been to modernise and strengthen the existing branding rather than completely redesign it. The concepts focus on improving flow, readability and scalability while retaining the recognisable elements that already give the brand familiarity in the market. The result is a cleaner, more professional identity designed to feel trustworthy, established and adaptable across all applications.

Concept 1: Logo Design for Maxprice Real Estate

Refined Continuity

For this refinement, I’ve retained the familiar core identity while improving the balance and flow of the overall logo. The arrow remains connected to the same navy tone as the “A”, creating a stronger sense of continuity and movement through the name. The contrasting orange “price” keeps the second half of the name bold and memorable, helping reinforce the brand recognition you’ve already established while giving it a cleaner, more modern finish.

Concept 2: Logo Design for Maxprice Real Estate

Connected Flow

This direction focuses on improving the visual flow of the wordmark by subtly connecting elements within the typography. The linked “M” and extended “E” reduce unnecessary visual interruptions, helping the logo feel more cohesive and streamlined. The orange arrow remains the focal point, reinforcing ideas of movement, growth and progression within the property market. The updated “Real Estate” typeface was selected to better complement the style of the main wordmark, creating a more unified and professional overall presentation.

Concept 3: Logo Design for Maxprice Real Estate

Bold Separation

This concept uses colour separation between “Max” and “Price” to create stronger readability and emphasis while still maintaining the recognisable structure of the original branding. The contrast between the navy and orange gives the logo a confident, modern energy while the central arrow continues to act as the visual bridge between both elements. The result is bold, clean and highly effective across signage, property boards, digital platforms and marketing material.

In Summary...

I hope you like the designs so far, and the ideas that formed them. Each concept have been rendered and mocked on various surfaces to give you a perspective of how each will look when applied. Once you have viewed the designs, please send your feedback to [email protected]. We will continue the conversation via email. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Regards,
Daniel Sim
